Every so often you have to wonder if someone was really smart or really stupid…looks like this only applies to staff. Customers and guests are allowed to use the back of the toilet as a personal cooler.

I guess I’m not alone. They always seem like they’re just taking our waste of paper and turning it into a waste of power. In the end, the only one that wins is the electric company.
